Guest & Artist security is of paramount importance to BeachLife Ranch.  If you have an immediate need while on-site, seek out any security personnel, festival staffer, police, or fire personnel.  For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons may be subject to a full and complete search prior to entry.  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry.  If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process.  Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.  Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy may be refused entry into the event.  Specific questions regarding safety, security, medical, and any others can be directed to

BeachLife Ranch is cashless — our Food, Beverage, and Merchandise vendors will NOT be accepting cash.  Quicker service, safer transactions, and reducing the risk of transmission are all factors that have contributed to this decision.  For those of you that must use cash, we will have one booth set up at the festival where you can purchase $50 and $100 cards to use at our vendor locations.

At this time, in accordance with current CA State Guidelines and Los Angeles County health guidelines, BeachLife Ranch will NOT be requiring vaccination, COVID testing verification, or masking for the festival dated September 16–18, 2022.

However, this event shall run in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event, which may change at any time, as determined by federal, state, or local government agencies, or by artists, or by the promoter. Such requirements may include, without limitation, capacity changes, attendance procedures, entry requirements, or other measures.  If a guest does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or event terms, conditions or rules set forth by BeachLife Ranch, then BeachLife Ranch may refuse that guest admission to the event, or require said guest to leave the festival without a refund.

The State of California strongly recommends all festival attendees get fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test before entering the festival, and to wear masks if they feel they are at risk of becoming seriously ill from COVID-19.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where other people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.  By entering the festival, all attendees agree to follow all festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while attending the festival. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at a higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19.  Thus, all attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, all attendees are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against BeachLife Festival #2, LLC and their affiliated companies relating to such risks. Attendees also confirm that they will adhere to local mandates and CDC requirements available HERE.

You should receive a ticket confirmation via email immediately upon purchasing your ticket.  If you do not receive a confirmation, it may mean you have input your email incorrectly into Front Gate's system.  Please update your Front Gate account information by clicking here,  then using the sign-in button at the top to retrieve your order confirmation.  On your account, please make sure that your email and mailing address are input correctly.

Once you have purchased your ticket, you will not receive digital or paper tickets.  Instead, you will be receiving wristbands by mail in the weeks before the festival.  Your wristbands are your tickets into the festival.  If you are purchasing from out of the country, you will be able to pick up your wristbands at will-call at the festival.

If you are a 3-Day ticket holder, your 3-Day wristband grants you admission for all three days.  If you are a Single Day ticket holder, your wristband grants you admission on the day shown on the wristband.

Now that we are closer to the festival, your wristbands have already been mailed out.  Because people already have the wristbands, we cannot issue any more upgrades remotely.  If you would still like to upgrade, please visit our BeachLife Early Will-Call Office at 200 N Harbor Drive, from September 13-15, 2022 between 9am-5pm, and bring your wristband with you to trade in. Don't try and activate the old wristband!  If you cannot make it during those days, please visit the Box Office when arriving at the festival.  Upgrades will be granted based on availability.

All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds for any reason at any time, including COVID-related reasons, unless you buy either the Front Gate general insurance or the BeachLife Ranch COVID Insurance.

If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically roll over to the next scheduled festival.

We offer BeachLife Ranch COVID-19 Ticket Insurance for an additional fee, which enables you to receive a refund if desired for any COVID-related reason. Must be purchased on the same day of the ticket purchase.

BeachLife Ranch is a fully accessible live music festival, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all festival amenities.  We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons.  The following explains the services provided this year.  For any accessibility-related questions and/or needs please email We will do our best to help you have an awesome experience at BeachLife Ranch!

There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons who may need to see above the crowd on the main stage and/or those who have mobility limitations.  Visit any of the Information Booths near the festival entrances to gain access to these areas.  Note that all viewing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis and demand may exceed supply of seats.  Plan to arrive early for popular acts.

Sorry, ADA Pre-registration is now closed. Please visit the Main Info Booth in the festival with your ADA paperwork to get your wristbands.

Please make sure to bring proof of ADA eligibility to the Main Information Booth to get properly registered.  A Staff member will give you two ADA wristbands — one for you and a companion.

Concessions are fully accessible and located throughout the venue.  If assistance is required, please confer with a festival staff member.

We have a centrally located First Aid Booth near the main merch booth, that is noted on the festival map.  Professional medical staff can help you with your medical needs at this location and at the EMT booth just next to it.

BeachLife Ranch does NOT have control of Redondo Beach-owned parking lots.  Inside of each city-owned parking lot adjacent to the festival grounds, there are a limited amount of ADA parking spaces available.  To park in one of these lots, please bring your valid disabled persons parking permit, placard, or plate.  Please note that it is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else’s in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.  All placards will be checked for validity by the Redondo Beach Police Department upon arrival.

Accessible Restrooms will be available throughout the venue and will be located at all restroom banks.  Maps will be available in the Information Booth to show these locations.

Persons with disabilities and their service dogs or animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for those persons with disabilities are welcome at BeachLife Ranch, as are those training service animals.  Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.  Due to large-scale animal service fraud, and for the protection of all festival patrons, service animals must be screened and registered at the Information Booth immediately upon entry to the site.  Please contact us at for protocol regarding service animals.

Any service animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue.  All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.  In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.  Care of the service animal is the sole responsibility of the owner, including clean up, and any damage caused.  Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.

In continually striving to make our festival more accessible for everyone, we encourage you to contact us at for any of your accessibility-related needs.  Additionally, if you have any questions about policies or our services, please reach out to us.

Parking will be tough!  We highly recommend walking, biking, skating or other modes of transportation.
